| Is it cost effective to pay for an analysis of Circuit Breaker losses for your area? |

 Ever since the Indiana General Assembly enacted Circuit Breaker property tax caps in 2007 and 2008, local governmental units have been anticipating revenue losses. The amount of potential losses fluctuated as the various tax cap scenarios were debated, enacted and revised. As if that weren't difficult enough, no statewide analysis of revenue loss can accurately project losses for a given area, because the losses vary so widely from place to place.
