 In our last issue of Footnotes we explained that your vision process is the first step to a solid strategic plan. Your vision is like an agreement: explicitly stated and shared by a significant number of participants within your organization. It should blend values, beliefs, purposes and goals and provide a clear reference point for members of the organization when making decisions. This vision must be clear enough to enable participants to make choices that move the organization toward achieving values, beliefs purposes or goals.
