Todd Samuelson is the Managing Partner for the Plymouth office. He joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 1997. He has been involved in the development of numerous utility rate cases for water, sewage and electric utilities and has worked with various governmental units in providing accounting and financial advisory services associated with financings and refinancings.
