Scott Miller is an administrative partner in the Indianapolis office and joined the firm in 1995. He has been involved with municipally owned utilities, regional water and sewer districts, conservancy districts, not-for-profit corporations and investor owned utilities. He frequently represents clients at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.
